Return & Refund Policy
1. Right of Return
Customers located in the European Union, United Kingdom, and United States have the right to request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return, customers must complete the Return Form. Once submitted, return instructions will be provided.
Returns are considered received only once the item has been delivered to our warehouse.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In original packaging
All returned items are subject to inspection and approval. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with these conditions.
Items not returned in perfect condition may be subject to a minimum 10% handling fee.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Optics that have been mounted
- Used or damaged items
- Items not returned in original packaging
4. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Returns must be shipped using a tracked shipping service
- We are not responsible for lost return shipments
- Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable and not covered
5. Refunds
Once a return is received:
- Inspection may take up to 7 days
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus:
- Shipping costs
- Customs duties
- Any applicable fees
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If a return is approved, customers will receive a discount code equivalent to the value of the returned item:
- Valid for 7 business days
- Shipping costs are not included
7. Cryptocurrency Payments
Orders paid with cryptocurrency:
- Cannot be cancelled or refunded
- Approved returns will receive a voucher equivalent to 70–90% of the item value, depending on the condition of the returned product
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us promptly through our support channels with relevant details and supporting evidence (e.g., photos).
We will review the case and provide a resolution.
