Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Legal Compliance

All products shipped to the United Kingdom are configured to comply with applicable UK power limits and regulations.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the purchase, possession, and use of our products are permitted under the laws and regulations of their country or region.

Wolfiek Group shall not be held responsible for any misuse of products or for legal restrictions applicable outside the United Kingdom.

2. Order Processing Times

Orders are prepared within the following timeframes:

  • Spare parts & accessories: 24–48 business hours
  • Rifles: 3–7 business days (including preparation and technical testing)

Processing times may vary depending on order volume and operational conditions.

3. Shipping Times

Once dispatched, orders delivered within the United Kingdom typically arrive within 1 to 5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by external factors related to international logistics, customs processing, or courier operations.

4. Shipping Delays

If an order remains in transit for more than 60 days, Wolfiek Group will issue a full refund.

If a cancellation is requested while the order is still in transit (before the 60-day period):

  • The refund will be issued once the product has been returned to our warehouse
  • Logistics and packaging costs will be deducted from the refund

5. Courier Communication

Wolfiek Group is solely responsible for all official communication with the courier. We will:

  • Handle claims and investigations
  • Provide updates via email when available
  • Actively work to resolve delivery issues

Any communication between the customer and the courier is considered informational only and is not legally binding.

6. Transfer of Responsibility

Wolfiek Group is responsible for the shipment until the parcel is marked as out for delivery by the courier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Loss or issues occurring during last-mile delivery
  • Parcels left by the courier without signature
  • Loss or delivery issues after customer intervention

This includes cases where the customer:

  • Contacts the courier directly
  • Requests delivery changes, address modifications, or rerouting

Any modification requested by the customer during transit voids Wolfiek Group’s responsibility for loss or delivery failure.
